The Refill Collection

You can't pour from an empty cup. You've heard it a hundred times. Said it to someone else more than once. And still, most of us keep pouring anyway, into our work, our kids, our friends, the people counting on us to have it together, until there's nothing left to give and nobody thought to ask if we were okay.

This collection started as a question: who's pouring into you?

Not as a slogan. As something we actually needed to hear.

Refilling isn't selfish. It's not a spa day or a self-care hashtag. It's boundaries, even when they disappoint someone. It's admitting you're not okay, out loud, to a person who might actually help. It's understanding that healing was never a straight line, no matter how many people expect it to look like one.

Some of it is quiet. The kind of thing you feel more than say. Some of it is lighter, because the dog who never asks how your day was somehow always knows. Both are true. Both matter.

Every piece here exists for someone who's tired of performing "fine." Wear what's true. Refill first.
