All purchases of the Cam Theory University 12-week coaching program are non-refundable. Due to the immediate access granted upon enrollment — including all modules, live coaching calls, community access, and program resources — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is completed.
We encourage all prospective students to book a free Empowerment Session before purchasing to ensure CTU is the right fit for you. That call exists specifically so you can feel Cam's energy and ask any questions before committing.
Retreat registrations may be refunded in full within 7 days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be honored regardless of the circumstances.
The following are final sale and non-refundable under any circumstances:
If you purchase a program on a payment plan you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to actively participate in the program.
Individual coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled or completed. If you need to reschedule:
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of this Refund Policy. If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company:

If you experience a medical emergency or serious unforeseen personal crisis that prevents you from completing a program contact us immediately at [email protected]. We may offer a credit, extension, or resolution at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested.
If you experience technical issues accessing our services contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe a refund may be issued at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny refunds and ban users who make excessive or serial refund requests, request refunds after consuming substantial program content, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Refund privileges are extended in good faith.
If you believe an unauthorized purchase was made using your payment information contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will assist with refund processing and account security and may report the incident to relevant fraud prevention agencies.
To cancel a subscription or payment plan email [email protected] with subject line CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION and include your name, email address, and product name. We will confirm cancellation within 1 to 3 business days. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and does not automatically trigger a refund.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
