About Me
I Have Already Walked This Road
I did not become a life coach because I had it figured out. I became one because I hit rock bottom. Hard. I clawed my way out one painful, deliberate step at a time.
I served in the United States Army and came home carrying invisible wounds. PTSD. Grief. A complete loss of identity. I lost relationships. I lost my sense of purpose. For a season, I lost myself.
I come from a long line of fighters, builders, and believers. That blood does not let you stay down.
"I refused to let my pain define me."
So I rebuilt. Piece by piece. I competed in fitness shows. I made films. I traveled the world. I studied human behavior obsessively. I stopped performing strength and started building it.
Every lesson in this program comes directly from the trenches of my own transformation. These are not theories you learn in school. These are my theories, discovered through living, healing, rebuilding, and refusing to stay down.
